Your agency administrator can issue you a new one in about ten seconds.
Ask whoever set up your account — usually the person who runs your firm.
They open People & access, find your name and press the key icon. A temporary password appears on their screen.
Sign in with it, then change it from My account — your own name at the bottom of the sidebar.
If you are the administrator and cannot get in yourself, contact us and we will reset it from the platform side.
Resetting a password signs out every device that was using the old one
